Although I do not share the same theories about the artificiality of the "Face" I do however feel there are some strange things being done by NASA/JPL/MSSS . Quite awhile back when NASA/JPL/MSSS were announcing mission after mission to the little red planet I came across the http://marsoweb.nas.nasa.gov/landingsites/ web page and noticed the strikingly interesting side bar image of the page. Currently there were theories about a possible feline connection to the "Face" on Mars, purposed by Richard Hoagland. And here is what appeared to be a Lion-esque image located on a NASA site. This was quite amazing that not only was he suggesting a mirror image of the feature, but now the NASA/JPL/MSSS were playing right along. Was there some kind intentional meaning behind mirroring the bottom of the Mars surveyor landing site? Was it a secret message or a deliberate poke at the conspiracy theorists? |

In the enlargement the image is evident as a lion/feline. This was intentional there is no doubt about that as the Web page is now currently changed and the image is cropped (The whole reason I included an unedited screen shot of the page in my browser). Also behind the lion is a mound that resembles a pyramid. Not only does a Lion-esque image appear but so does the sign of a goat or something more sinister. Symmetry or sinistery both of the images were clearly not meant for everyone as there is only this screen shot to prove it existed. |
